2. Overview
Personal data is any data that can be used to identify you personally. We collect data when you provide it to us, for example by email or phone. In addition, technical data is collected automatically when you visit the website, such as your browser, operating system and the time of access. We need this data to provide the website without errors. We do not use any analytics, tracking or marketing services.
3. Hosting
This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When you access the website, IONOS records log files, including your IP address. This processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; we have a legitimate interest in presenting our website reliably. We have concluded a data processing agreement with IONOS. For details, please see the IONOS privacy policy: https://www.ionos.de/terms-gtc/terms-privacy
4. SSL/TLS encryption
For security reasons, this site uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by “https://” in your browser’s address bar and by the padlock symbol. When encryption is active, data you send to us cannot be read by third parties.
5. Cookies and local storage
This website does not set any cookies and does not use any analytics, tracking or marketing services. Fonts, images and videos are loaded exclusively from our own server.
On your first visit, a short notice points you to this privacy policy. So that the notice does not reappear on every page view, we store your confirmation in your browser’s local storage. This storage is technically necessary and is based on Section 25(2) No. 2 TDDDG. You can delete the entry at any time in your browser settings.
6. Enquiries by email, phone or fax
If you contact us by email, phone or fax, we store and process your enquiry, including any personal data it contains (e.g. your name and request), in order to deal with it. We do not pass this data on without your consent.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your enquiry relates to a contract or to pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, processing is based on our legitimate interest in handling enquiries effectively (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The data remains with us until you ask us to delete it or the purpose no longer applies. Statutory retention periods remain unaffected.
7. Recipients and storage period
We only pass personal data on to external parties if this is necessary to perform a contract, if we are legally obliged to do so, if there is a legitimate interest or if another legal basis permits it. We only use processors on the basis of a data processing agreement.
Unless a more specific storage period is stated, your data remains with us until the purpose of processing no longer applies, you submit a justified request for erasure or you withdraw your consent, provided that no statutory retention periods apply.
8. Your rights
Within the scope of the applicable law, you have the right at any time to obtain information free of charge about your stored data, its origin, its recipients and the purpose of processing, as well as the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You can withdraw any consent you have given at any time; this does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
Right to object under Art. 21 GDPR: If processing is based on Art. 6(1)(e) or (f) GDPR, you may object to it at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation. We will then no longer process your data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, or the processing serves the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. You may object to processing for direct marketing purposes at any time.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the member state of your habitual residence, your place of work or the place of the alleged infringement.
If you have any questions about data protection, please contact us at info@framelock.de.
9. Objection to promotional emails
We hereby object to the use of the contact details published in our legal notice for sending unsolicited advertising and information material. We expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of unsolicited advertising, such as spam emails.
