Render a biphase-mark LTC audio track as a broadcast WAV. Set the start timecode, frame rate and length, then export.
Each frame is 80 bits of biphase-mark code: every bit starts with a level change, and a 1 bit adds a second change at its midpoint. The polarity bit keeps every frame's count of 0 bits even, so each frame starts on the same edge.
The output is mono PCM. Edges are band-limited to the sample grid to keep rise times close to the 25 µs the spec asks for.
